Friends of Lafayette Park gladly accepts financial donations from the community to improve the park. Such contributions help us in a number of areas, including:

• Purchase of plants and trees
  
• Communications
• Incremental improvements to the park, not covered by local public funds
• Other special projects as needed

San Francisco Parks Alliance is the fiscal sponsor for Friends of Lafayette Park Playground and all donations are fully tax-deductible.   

Friends of Lafayette Park is working to raise $600,000 in additional funds from the community by January 2012 to ensure that the playground is a unique and special environment that will encourage healthy and creative play for years to come.
