  3. More than one Off-Leash Area (separate areas for big and small dogs)
  4. Waste bags
  5. Water fountain in Dog Area
  6. Entire park off-leash at non-peak times
  7. More signage in the Dog Area listing dog rules, etc.
  8. More trash bins
  9. Fencing in the Dog Area
