Tennis Friends of Lafayette Park (TFOLP)
Calling all Lafayette Park tennis players!
The Tennis Friends of Lafayette Park is a newly-formed group of neighborhood tennis players dedicated to the enjoyment and improvement of the tennis courts at Lafayette Park. If you value the tennis courts, it is important that you get involved now!
As part of the park renovation project to be funded by the 2008 Clean and Safe Neighborhood Parks Bond, Lafayette Park will be receiving funding for park improvements, including the tennis courts. The extent and quality of the renovation depends largely upon what the SF Recreation and Parks Department hears from the whole park community, including tennis players. The first official community input meeting will be on April 22, so help give the tennis courts the kind of renovation you want by making your voice heard well before then. Here's how you can get involved:
- Take our survey: Please take a moment to share your opinion about how to best renovate the tennis courts at Lafayette Park, but by taking our Tennis Courts Survey
- Attend the first of three Park Renovation Community Input Meetings on Thursday April 22nd
- Contact Friends of Lafayette Park at friendsoflafayettepark@gmail.com to let us know you'd like to become involved with the tennis group
- Sign up for our mailing list to receive announcements on park events and issues.
Thank you,
Tennis Friends of Lafayette Park
